Orgalime has submitted its response to the European Commission’s stakeholder consultation on the mid-term evaluation of the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). Recommendations include strengthening the focus on infrastructure modernisation, energy efficiency and sustainability, and striving for better complementarity between CEF and the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI).
