Changes to the Orgalim Board of Directors

The Orgalim General Assembly approved a number of decisions related to the association’s Board of Directors during its 26 June meeting. Two new members were appointed to the Board: Maria Antonietta Portaluri, Director General of Italian association ANIE; and Jaakko Hirvola, CEO of Technology Industries of Finland.
In addition, the General Assembly approved the renewed Board membership of Klaus Mittelbach, CEO of German association ZVEI. The Board of Directors, composed of association CEOs, is elected by the General Assembly from representatives of full members of Orgalim. It is responsible for overseeing the management of the association. The full list of members can be viewed on our governance page.
