Ownership and protection against improper use

The guide deals with the contractual obligations between seller and buyer regarding drawings and technical documents in contracts for sale of electrical and mechanical machinery. It considers documents handed over during different stages of negotiation and performance of a contract. The right of ownership and of use and the extent to which the documents can be kept confidential are discussed. The guide also contains model clauses for confidentiality agreements.
